About the Sciences Po Graduate Conference in Political Theory
Over recent years, the Sciences Po Graduate Conference has established itself as one of Europe's foremost venues fo an international exchange of ideas among graduate students in political theory.
Previous keynote speakers include Achille Mbembe (2018), Judith Butler (2017), Chantal Mouffe (2016), Seyla Benhabib (2015), Jeremy Waldron (2014), and Joseph Raz (2013).

2019 Organizing Team
Juliette Faure is a PhD student in political theory, working under the supervision of Kathy Rousselet and Philippe Portier. Her doctoral thesis studies the production of reactionary modernist ideologies in contemporary Russia and their role in politics.
Niklas Plaetzer is a PhD student in political theory, co-supervised by Frédéric Gros and Linda Zerilli. His dissertation investigates the role of institutions for radical democracy and questions the grounding of normative theory in a Eurocentric imaginary.
Léna Silberzahn is a PhD candidate in political theory. Her interests include political ecology, affects and feminist theories. Her dissertation project engages with the affective dimension of politics in the age of the Anthropocene. It investigates how the perspective of ecological collapse impacts our political agency.
